Basic Flow Intermediate Level by Ping is a dynamic vinyasa-style class designed for practitioners who are familiar with fundamental yoga poses and ready to move with more strength, control, and fluidity. This class builds on the basics through continuous, steady-paced sequences that emphasize breath-led movement, alignment, and transitions.
Expect creative flows, longer holds, and optional variations that invite you to explore deeper strength, balance, and mobility. While foundational postures remain the focus, the practice may include intermediate elements to challenge stability, coordination, and endurance.
This class is ideal for students who already have some yoga experience and are looking to progress beyond beginner level. Modifications will be offered, but a basic understanding of yoga poses and flow is recommended.
