Terms and Conditions
1. All credits and packages purchased are non-refundable.
2. All credits and packages purchased are non-transferable.
3. Each package is entitled for a maximum of two (2) bookings per class.

4. No-Shows or Cancellations made within four (4) hours or less of the scheduled class start time will result in the loss of one (1) class credit for students using a Drop-in, 5, 10 or 25 class package. Students on a monthly unlimited plan will be charged a fee of RM20 which will need to be settled prior to attending another class. PLEASE NOTE: we do not accept cancellations or changes to bookings via email or telephone. We ask that each Yogi takes responsibility for their own bookings and account.
