This will be a grounding yet energising yoga class that's designed to help you find stability before growth. We’ll begin with slow, mindful movements and as the practice unfolds, we'll build confidence to flow more dynamically.
You'll be encouraged to move with intention, stay connected to your foundation, and rise at your own pace. Expect a balance between movement and stillness, so that you'll leave the class feeling centred, steady and empowered.
Suitable for ALL LEVELS. Modifications will be offered so you can honour where you are.
