Let’s downregulate to activate.
The main goal of this class is to empower your body (stabil intrinsic core) by working on optimal posture through optimal breathing.
This class will re-educate your breathing ability using props (pilates ball, blanket, resistance band, etc.) to achieve a strong diaphragm.
The Yoga Asana part of this class is targeted specifically for a certain muscle group or movement. (ie. active feet, upper back activation, hips external rotation).
This class will benefit those who:
- play Tennis, Pickleball, Padel, Golf, or any other sports.
- recently recovered from injury.
- are pregnant or postpartum
- work desk-job long hours
- struggle to relax
