In this class, Melvin will share the methodology, breath and movement techniques and thorough posture breakdowns. Most classes emphasize drill focused instruction, enhancing your mastery of fundamental movement patterns and breath-work to improve and refine your practice. This encourages improved strength, balance, alignment, and an appreciation for the breath's power.
